Well it appears that this particular member has ignored your requests, so where do we go from here moderator.

I am requesting that these particular posts and there are more be erased. In my opinion they are way over the top and very insulting to me and my family. If nothing is done about it I am personally going to make a request to the Webmaster.

I understand the difficulty of your job but you were promised by this particular member to erase messages that were deemed insulting to other members, there are many but alas your request has been ignored.
