Unless you do exactly what Michael says and/or continue the Candida Diet the rest of your life, you will NEVER keep Candida under control as it is virtually impossible to completely rid your body of it.
I am speaking from experience. I could not tolerate the utter boredom of the Candida Diet even though I lost many #'s and felt and looked terrific. It is just TOO restrictive. Because I don't follow the Candida Diet, or any diet for that matter (because truly....Diets don't work) and eat anything I damn well please, I am in the obese class and I am definitely NOT comfortable in my body and until I make the decision and committment as I did with the Candida Diet, I will remain rolly-polly to the end and will continue to also live with disease, illness and after that is of course....death.
