My battle has been focused to cure this syndrome with medications and diet but there is probably a chronic root cause causing it. An smart diet with some anticandida supplements can help you if you keep discipline. It all depend how bad be your case. The best thing you can do is to review the archives but find those topics that can really help you. This forum ( and others ), my research, my candida books have given me a lot of knowledges about this syndrome but NOT the tools to cure it. At this point, I will tell you nobody knows it. I mean how to cure C-RC. I will be glad to help you with more specific questions if you need it. This problem is really complex and there are many different opinions and ideas about it. Think that there is a key factor allowing candida to overgrowth, a deficient cell-mediated immunity. In the gut, it could be the lost of the antagonistic indigenous friendly flora.
