Her Candida message board is also a wonderful way to ask her questions for free. There are lots of people on there who have healed that will attest if asked... And yes, her program involves the elimination of most carbs... No fruit, grains, seeds, nuts, legumes.

Personally I haven't been able to be as strict as she suggests. I tend to bounce around a little as to what the best diet is for me, but it is worth looking through. She has 100's of articles on Candida and healing recipes.
