We've all been through a lot man, I can't believe something like this happens, you know?

The thing is, you have to numb yourself to the external world, f*** what people think, f*** what people say. This is about YOU, YOU deserve the same respect everyone else does. I know eating and drugs are an escape, trust me, I've been there, but they make things worse, specially after a bout of MDMA when your serotonin has dropped. I really think this problem has to do with leaky gut/liver dysfunction, and I think it will take time to fix. How about this, set aside a couple months to completely change, follow the protocol I posted above, make sure you do at least 6 Liver Flushes before giving up. Then you can go back to your lifestyle. I know I will never give up.
