I have tried EFT, but seem to have limited success, and thats when I started looking at various devices that might complement the therapy.
This was especially the case when I started reading about the successes that different users were having.
But I was unsure which was best for emotional issues. Some of these devices are geared towards a much wider range of issues (and some are quite expensive)
But I appreciate your comments, and will stick to EFT aswell
