I think one has to accept where they *are* and make necessary changes. This takes a paradigm shift. Many that live in victim consciousness are unwilling to take responsibility for what they are creating or accepting as influence and seek impossible balance in dysfunctional ways. Eating too much, drugs, or even suicide.

Changing the cycle begins with awareness.

Crazy world...literally at this time.
