When I first started doing LFs I would go thru a pattern similar to this, apparently it would take a week or so for the toxins released during the Liver-Flush to clear from my body. This is one reason why Clark advised doing Kidney Cleanses, Liver support, some detoxes and some supplements before and after LFs. There are wuite a few message on this forum about dealing with toxic reactions.
