I'm considering taking my last water at 4pm everyday, then resuming again at 8am the next morning. That would mean drinking water for an 8 hour period, and Dry Fasting for a 16 hour period daily. I feel that would enable me to sleep better without having to get up during the night. Any comments? When do you take your last drink?
