oh my gosh duuuh beans are loaded with fiber!Thank you! lol now it makes sense to me.I tested positive for sibo recently which like you said feeds off of fiber.I have a looooot of undigested food in my stool-and possibly my stool is flakey due to the bacteria and gas?bc gas bubbles come from the poop.Yep i have bad bloating and gas.I used to eat alot of processed foods until about 2 months ago.I ate a small piece of cake bc i was at a bday party.I vervy very rarely eat bad things now.I am doing low carb,no sugar.
