After 2-3 years you can certianly speak from experience. Perhaps your expectations were too high. I am at 18 months and I will agree that there is no radical changes. For me I notice subtle differences, good health, sleep better, no sinus/allergie issues a sense of well being. Not sure about skin treatment, like you haven't seen any change in wrinkles and it actually promotes Acne in areas where I never had it.
