I used the community Steam Sauna tonight and had a nice sweat. Usually there are a couple of other guys, bordering on Obesity, in there too, offering up advice on the benefits of Sauna Baths. However, tonight I had it all to myself.
As I get into my Water Fast, I probably won't be using it. But maybe not.
Does anyone have advice on this? Is it too enervating?
