Monte....I like your idea of 'Dry Fasting' as much as possible during a Water Fast. In fact, I've noticed in my own Body that going 'dry' is the best healer.
I feel like a Rookie among you fasting experts. My only experience with Water Fasting of any length was 6-days many years ago. One memory that stands out vividly is on day 6 I was moving in slow-motion, and everyone else was fast-forward.
