No, it started before I started with the vitamin d supplements. It was pretty painfull. I remeber thinking I had arthiritus because the pain was exactly the same on both sides of the body. Exact same side of both feet and hands. Have you carried on with vitimin d supplements ? Some sites recomend at least 5000 iu daily. Even though I got my levels back into to range in 3 weeks I still take 50 000 iu a week and all my bone pain is gone. I have also checked my calcium and it is in the high range.
