Thank you, I am very happy with the way things are going. I plan to try and write an update soon. My cycle is almost over and NO MIGRAINES, I cannot believe it. This is so rare, especially lately. If this is the only thing that changed in my life I would be thrilled but I think there will be so much more to come!

Thank you also for the info on the bloating, it is very helpful. I, like you, would rather get things over quickly even if it makes it a little worse.

I increased my dose of IF#1 to 4 last night. I think I need to be going more. I will try adding the charcoal and see how that goes and then I can increase the IF#2 if needed. I already went back up to 6x/day. I will also try some of the other things you suggested.

One other question, is it normal for my bm's to be really loose and at times almost liquid? I had hesitated increasing the IF#1 because I thought that might be the problem but I am not consistently having 3 bm's/day.
