Just remember that the feelings we feel during the first stage of fasting aren't hunger.

It is your body reacting because it isn't being fed by the stimulus of whatever you've been putting into your body. Similar to how a body addicted to nicotine reacts when nicotine is withheld.

They are just symptoms of the past, and you will find relief on the other side (4th day max).
