I know, an once I reach a level where i'm able to think I will do that.

I think something is severely out of wack, it's not just brain fog. It's something else to. An I just got a hemorrhoid the other day, I never had one before. WTF is that about. Obviously this isn't all just in my head. I'm trying to be positive but when you feel like your seconds away from death it's kinda hard.
