gluten is in everything...wtf am i supposed to eat..and why wouldnt i have symptoms everytime i eat something with gluten?I have completely random flare ups...i have gone about 4 weeks without having one then yesterday it started.I did eat a small piece of cake yesterday though...could i have aggravated the sibo too?
