So i have been having formed stool for the past month the only abnormal thing is the undigested food(nothing new) but all of a sudden yesterday stools are loose flakey like and foul smell again wtf is going on:( I notice when this issue "flares" i have a bm several times a day.However when its formed its once a day.Thought I was doing better on the cleanse but why does my stool consistancy change so suddenly?
ps i have not been stressed before this started
