I have just completed my second cleanse and I am feeling fantastic. More stones on the 2nd flush 60-100 and lots of chaff.

I would like to know if anyone has a good theory/proof of the process of how the fats accumulate in the liver? Is it only the trans-fatty portion that remains in the liver or is it because the body cannot digest certain types. What is the main type of fat involved? is it saturated? mono-saturated or polyunsaturated?

Secondly, Does anyone have proof/opinion of what are good fats and bad fat?
I follow Weston A Price at the moment: http://www.westonaprice.org/knowyourfats/index.html

However, has anyone successfully got rid of all their stones and experiemented with eating different types of fats?

Any information appreciated.
