I detoxed with the help of 3 different ND's.I still do about 30-40 supplements a day. Some vitamins and minerals, some immune booster, some to keep liver,kidneys,lymphatics, moving. Also some enzymes and probiotics. Did a bit of IV and DMPS injections. Some massage. I didn't do a lot of ALA or use the Cutler method. My main objective was to detox while avoiding big time herxheimer effects.

My original theory was 1 year detox for every 10 years in my mouth.
That seems to have worked out relatively accurate for me but I am sure it is different for everyone.

I did do some genetc testing thru Genova labs. We discovered my Apo/lipo E protein type was 3/4 which is the 2nd worse type to get rid of heavy metals. Type 2/2 is the best. Also discovered I am missing the gene to provide glutathione so I also take glutathione supplements and precursers.
