Yes, both good ideas and I'd recommend people who haven't tried them to do so, but for me niether the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) nor various candida cleanses made things any more reliable. Even did a two week special candida diet and anti-candida supps routine once, and no improvement. Maybe I have some other kind of parasite. Thanks for the ideas though.
