I cannot eat more than one (sour) piece of fruit per day because if I do, I get night sweats, congestion, sore throat. Unfortunatly, no amount of anti-candida efforts have ever changed this - and I don't have any other candida symtoms.

Me and "lots of fruit" do not get along.
