I went to get some breath test done -

Fructose Malabsorption - POSITIVE (Extreme high reading)
Lactose " - POSITIVE

This means you have SIBO.

I am in the same boat as you. I tried the HCL and my stomach started to hurt (not burn) so I think I have an ulcer of some sort. Had to stop the HCL. Anyway, I'm going raw and juicing. I'm also going to take colostrum, glutamine, peppermint oil capsules, and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract to kill the infection/heal the gut.

I know how you feel man, it sucks. I also had a terrible diet like you. I know we will break through this though with proper diet/supplements.
