What supplements have you tried? Have you tried Oxypowder ? Or just doing regular salt water flushes? Try what they do on the MC, lax tea at night and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) first thing in the morning.

You can't just eat fruits and vegetables for a few days? Fruit can be energizing, you shouldn't have low energy if you eat enough of that..
