I agree with tony, this sounds serious.

What could be happening is toxins are being eliminated at a degree which is too intense for you, thus causing these symptoms. After you have seen the doctor tomorrow consider strengthening the liver (bitters, liver flushes, milk thistle, super green supps, etc) before you continue killing the pathogens.
