Hi ICU,

I'm currently on the hyperinfection dissemanated strongyloides protocol of ivermectin and albenza. I did two weeks of only albenza before and not I am going on my 4th week of the protocol, so five weeks total for albenza and three weeks total for the iver. I believe it is helping as they have been a lot less active. My question is this...i seem to be having recurrent pinworms in the vaginal and anal area, they go away then they come back in those areas. Would you happen to know what i can do to remedy this, should i increase my dosage on the protocol, or maybe something else. I appreciate your very knowledgeable advice. Thank you !
