If someone had ESP and knew ahead of time that some future event was going to happen, would that mean they caused the event to happen?

It's no different with God knowing ahead of time the direction in life we are going to take.

Hell was created for the fallen angels. God did not create people for hell....even though He surely has the right if He wished to. After all He is the Potter and we are the clay and He will use us the way He sees fit. However, He does not wish any of us to perish.

(edit) If any of us do perish it is because we did not choose Him to be our Lord and Savior.
