I have stop casein and gluten about 3- 4 years ago. I never cheat on casein because it makes me too sick. If I eat casein my jock itch, itchy bottom and scrotum would immediatly come back. My skin in the groin area starts to be moisty and burns a lot within 30 minutes after I ate casein and it last for several days. It was really hard for me to understand that it was casein that was doing this bad reaction. Minute amount would make me sick for long time. There is enough casein in one colostrum tablet to make me sick for 5 days.
