cooked food has the assumption we were making fire all the time...

anyway i dont want to get into this debate. i already said what else i been up to that could give a clue... maybe eating too much eggs caused this constipation... however i feel so crappy i can hardly imagine its all coming just from bowel obstruction........ i dunno..
