i dont do nuts... i dunno about raw food being my problem. as of now im pretty convinced its healthy, although not 100%..... i agree it might not be the best for when you are mercury poisoned and have a weak immune system...

i wonder what peoples' diet here looks like though... something we rarely touch upon!
