I am also positive to Candida.

Here is my symptoms, right after eating, i feel extreme fatigue. Then, it takes more time for me to digest. i know it because i feel like bloated, i feel i dont digest. It can take 3 hours before i feel it is ok. But for sure, i have ongoing candida symptoms, Brainfog, fatigue, mood swing lack of motivation.

I m taking now Sodium bicarbonate + coconut oil + Resveratrol,garlic.

After 1 week, i have like liquid diarrheas that is yellowing and rather liquid. At the end of the day, i feel a little pain on the right side. Somewhere in my body.

By the way i noticed alkaline food was good and acidic was no good.
I understood fat food is not for me also.
