dont pay any attention to what alex says - he is crazy.

dont pay attention to debunkers of his - they are right.

pay attention to the rings and how to make them. trust me, they work for what you have. and its cheee-eeee-eeeap! make them yourself. dont make them wrong or wear them backwards or they will make you worse. dont worry though, you know right away and his instructions are quite doable. a mistake is reversable instantly.

as far as Liver Flush and hypothyroidism - i have found that it is also key to complete recovery. you must liver flush. everyone should.
