I agree completely.

The problem is, lets say, I dont like what member 'a' wrote on one of the Support Forums . So what do I do? I either ignore him, or I follow the rules and start a debate on one of the Debate Forums .
Well, if member 'a' ignores me or my request for a debate, or doesnt even SEE my concern, then human nature will drive me to confront him on the support forum. My fault? Maybe. But as much as I think its all about choice, either take away the driving force behind the problem, or let me have my say on a well moderated support forum.
Most often its poor moderation, not a lack of, that causes many of the problems.
