I too was op-ing and had some mucus side effects. I've been coughing up far more mucus than I even knew I had in me, since my sinuses are usually pretty clear. But the right side of my head clogged up and I developed a sinus headache that lingered for several days (until I went to an accupuncturist). I started taking Colloidal Silver (in nasal spray form), and that seemed to help clear things out a bit, and I layed off on the oil for a few days. Feels better, but I want to get it all out, so I started back up again.

I could be wrong, but it sounds like it's working to get something out of us!
