It wasn't enough for me... I was taking Enzymatic Therapy's Thyroid formula and a separate OTC thyroid glandular for about 4 months and it didn't correct the hypthyroid enough. After being on Armour for about a month I'm beginning to feel better. I had to quit taking the ET formula because I found out I am close to copper toxicity & that contains copper. So it's good to go to a doctor and get blood tests so you don't create worse imbalances.

If you choose to go with Armour, get the real thing, not generic.
