Almost everyone and possibly everyone who gets prostate cancer, as well as most cancers, has very low DHEA.

DHEA activates the NK cells that are needed to kill cancer.

There is a caveat however. DHEA can also increase the rate of growth in prostate cwlls in vitro. Of course, they forget to add NK cells to the cultures.
