Hmm, you likely have both. Start with humaworm for a month, then go on a candida diet and take cellulase enzymes to break down the candida. If needed take antifungals. If the infection is not gone within three months of diet and enzymes, another underlying issue is the cause. Also, take kefir (you can get grains online).
