I started taking Iodoral a little over a week ago, along with the salt (although I could be more diligent about it) and the vitamin C. I initially tried to work my way up to the 4 tablets a day, but had problems with severe headache, sinus pain, fatigue, so the next day upped my dosage to the 4 tablets a day, as my mom had done the same when she had similar symptoms. I have had no problems with those symptoms since except for headache, which I cure pretty well with the salt. I have noticed an increasing number of pimples (just bumps all over my face, most aren't white heads YET), which is not normal for me. Is there something else I should be supplementing with to help remove these symptoms or should I just tough it out? I have read other similar posts on this site, but haven't yet found a good answer. Thanks.
