Def did not know there was a colostrum support forum.

Im highly reactive (Igg) to many foods, particularly dairy, even goat milk which i never had before.. cheese, milk, casein, etc.

Is there colostrum that is usually well tolerated for those with leaky gut that have these issues? I read about some filtered stuff...

I tried symbiotic i believe LONG time ago like a year ago, and took 1/2 tablet (normal dose was 2) and it felt like i was wired for a day and couldn't sleep that night. Very weird.. immune boost orsomething.
