 AIDS is a VIRUS. none of those things cause it

AIDS is not a virus, it is a syndrome (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome).  Syndromes are not viruses, nor are they diseases.  Syndromes are groups of symptoms often with multiple causes as in this case.
