I haven't gotten thru the entire podcast yet, but what I've heard so far, actually sounds alot like what Dr Lam has already written about on his website. Would it be possible for you to encapsulate the jist of his message here (and particularly how it might differ from Lam's) for those of us who are still more brain fogged then clear?

Just an aside, if you read Lights Out (written by the formerly much maligned) T.S.Wiley it seems really similar in nature to some of Dr Walsh's assertions. Though Wiley doesn't reference the adrenals much, she does talk at length about sleep & diurnal cycles, DNA, insulin release, diet (fat, carbs, and protein) and how it impacts you overall, namely our adrenals among others. Despite the amount of research I've done, I still learn new things when I re-read chapters at random.

Fascinating stuff.
