Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful story. I see the pics on top of your skin, and wow.. just, wow!

My only concern with the Oj fast is sugar. I have very weak teeth from a bad history of being fed fluoride as a child and then having a weak system from being so sick, my gums are receeding (I do oil pull for this now) and sometimes I can't handle citrus, or acidic things like tomato or pineapple.

The last time I ate pineapple I went into horrible pain while eating it, I looked in the mirror and there was a hole in the front of my tooth.. the acids just ate right through. Thats how extremely weak my teeth are.
But I do believe they can get stronger from fasting and doing live foods.

Did you have to brush your teeth a lot during this fast to protect them from the sugar?
