Hey again. IIRC I was having stomach pain and constipation and more skin breakouts from the L glutamine. It seemed to be causing reactions the same way bad foods do, for me. I remember going on my celiac forums around that time and a lot of people were saying it was causing them more harm than good as well, so I quit it.

My concern would be that there was some hidden ingredient in the supplement that wasn't on the label. That is a possibility I have encountered multiple times. Especially with corn, which usually doesn't have to be listed as an allergen.
