Very interesting! I have been taking a B conplex for 3-4 weeks now and I have just started having problems with joints that haven't flared up in years. My sore tongue clears up when I'm on B complex though so it feels like a catch 22. I am going to stop taking it for a bit and see if my joints feel better.
