And so it is shown that meat eating is unatural for humans, it goes against our natural human design.

By definition, what is natural is what is found in nature.  Humans have been eating meat for all the thousands of years since they first put their footsteps down in the sands of times.  In fact, until the fad of vegetarianism came along in the last couple of centuries, humans have never failed to eat meat except when it was not available.  There is your "natural" for you.
