The one from Barefoot Herbalists book?
I want to do one and have wanted to for a long time, the only problem is I don't think I could work while doing it. I can barely work as it is, and I've fasted on apple juice (4 days) before and could hardly stand during the fast. I did feel amazing afterwards, so I'd like to attempt the Oj fast at some point. I was very pleased to see that fresh squeezed orange juice is SCD allowed.

Have you done one, for how long, and did it effect your skin or other health problems?
