Apparently I need to learn things the hard way. After two months of no gb attacks, daily reading on how to get myself healthy here at Curezone, taking gb herbs (that seemed to be working), I thought a little ice cream would be no big deal. Of course, I can never eat "a little" ice cream. I went to bed feeling fine, smug actually thinking maybe all the stuff I had been doing would allow me to indulge once and awhile. Haha! At 4:00 a.m. my body advised me differently. I had a very unpleasant attack. I managed to pass 3-4 small stones, but I am still feeling all blocked up and pretty foolish today.
