I did some very successful bowel cleansing, but have powerful cravings for wheat, dairy, and chocolate. I had hoped that my appetite would be for wholesome and nutritious foods, and do not understand what is going on. I have also been feeling kinda blue. I thought detox symptoms would be over with by now. Any thoughts about what is happening?
