Welcome to the world of coffee enemas. I am glad you find them to be enjoyable and effective.
#1- Yes, you will urinate a lot, this is toxins coming out. Drink a lot of water and add electrolytes if possible.
#2 - Did you massage your abdomen during evacuation on the toilet? I have done this too vigorously at times and paid for it next day.
#3- Appetite may or may not be affected. IMO I think it all depends on the person and how much they are detoxing.
